Purchase licenses

Get licenses for your organization

Subscription purchasing and recurrent billing is processed by Microsoft's standard checkout process.

This app uses a concurrent licensing model. Please refer to theFAQ page for a detailed explanation.

You can purchase licenses for Easy Directory either directly through Microsoft Teams or via Microsoft App Source. The approaches are explained in the following section.

TwinCap First website (Direct)

1. Navigate to Easy Directory product website

2. Scroll down to purchase Easy Directory

1. Select your currency

2. Choose how much licenses you want to purchase (at least 5) and proceed to Checkout

1. Enter your e-mail address and press "Next". After the purchasing you will receive on this e-mail the invitation to the installation wizard.

1. Enter your six-digit code, which you will receive on your e-mail

1. Enter your account details and press "Next"

1. Enter your billing adress and press "Next"

1. Select you payment method

1. You see now an overview over all your details. You have to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to finish the purchasing process

1. After ordering the licenses you will receive a welcome email and will be forwarded directly to the installation wizard

Purchase through Microsoft App Source

1. Navigate to Easy Directory SaaS offering in the Microsoft App Source
2. Click on Get it now

1. Select the desired package

   1. Mini (min. 5 licenses)

   2. Starter (min. 15 licenses)

   3. Small (min. 75 licenses)

   4. Medium (min. 175 licenses)

   5. Large (min. 350 licenses)

   6. Enterprise (min. 750 licenses)

2. Follow the Microsoft checkout process to purchase your Easy Directory licenses

3. Click on Place order to submit your order and wait until purchase has been completed.

1. The subscription has been successfully purchased. Finally, you are requested to complete the setup.

1. After you finished the purchase you have to press "Configure SaaS account" to activate the license.

2. You will be forwarded to our activation site. There you have to control and add your information. After adding your information you have to press "Configure Setup" to finish the setup and start the installation wizard

1. To control that the license is propriate acitve you have to go to your "Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Your products" and you will see Easy Call Report with an active Subscription

1. Navigate to Easy Directory SaaS offering in the Microsoft App Source
2. Click on Get it now

1. Select the desired package

   1. Mini (min. 5 licenses)

   2. Starter (min. 15 licenses)

   3. Small (min. 75 licenses)

   4. Medium (min. 175 licenses)

   5. Large (min. 350 licenses)

   6. Enterprise (min. 750 licenses)

2. Click on "Get the offer in the Azure Portal"

1. Select a subscription

2. Choose or create a resource group

3. Choose a name (according to your naming convention) for the SaaS offering

4. Select the desired billing term and choose the number of users.

5. Choose whether recurring billing is enabled

1. Complete the setup by clicking on Configure account now

IT-Reseller

1. As an reseller you can purchase the license over our TwinCap First website (Direct) or a store like Microsoft App Source. If you want to purchase the license through Microsoft App Source, please ask your CSP distributor to add Easy Directory to the catalog. You can also contact us to get a private offer.
2. After purchasing the license for your customer, a new license will be visible in your Easy Directory Configuration Center.

1. Now you can press the "Share" button to assign the license to another customer

1. Now you can enter the "Tenant ID" from your customer to assign the license to him. Then press "Assign Subscription"

1. As soon as you finish the assigning you will see a green text area which notify you that the assigning was successful. When the assignment was successful you will see the subscription in the Area "Customer Subscription". To see the "Customer Subscription" you have to have at least one license for your tenant active. Otherwise you wouldn't see it.
